NOW HIRING: Pharmacy Technician - Mail-Order Fulfillment 18 Openings
Location: Canal Winchester, Ohio
Pay: $17.50 per hour
A-Line Staffing is hiring 18 Pharmacy Technicians for an onsite mail-order pharmacy fulfillment facility in Canal Winchester, Ohio. In this role, you will help process, prepare, package, and ship prescription medications.
New Pharm Tech grads with diploma only or newly certified Pharm Techs are welcome to apply- no experience required.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter patient information, prescriptions, and refill requests into the computer system.
- Research and resolve missing prescription information and insurance billing rejections.
- Count and fill prescriptions, attach labels, and check orders for accuracy.
- Operate automated pharmacy equipment and sort medications throughout the fulfillment process.
- Package prescriptions and prepare orders for shipment.
- Assist with calls to patients and doctors' offices as needed.
- Refer medication questions and prescription concerns to a pharmacist.
- Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area.
- Follow established procedures and patient privacy requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to work the selected evening/overnight schedule.
- Must obtain the required pharmacy technician license or certification within the first 90 days and maintain an active credential.
Preferred Qualifications
- PTCB or ExCPT certification.
- Two years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or fulfillment setting preferred, but not required.
Available Schedules
All shifts run 3:30 p.m.-1:30 a.m., ending the following morning.
- Tuesday-Saturday: Sunday and Monday off - 3 openings.
- Thursday and Friday: Saturday through Wednesday off - 5 openings.
- Sunday-Friday: Saturday off - 5 openings.
- Sunday-Wednesday: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday off - 5 openings.
