1. Operator & service

JobsMint Pro is registered in Pakistan (Registered with FBR (Pakistan)). Address: Foji Gadian Stop Office No#02, Bund Road, Lahore, Pakistan.

We operate an online job discovery website that currently focuses on United States listings. We are a technology platform / information service. We are generally not the employer of record for jobs shown on the site.

2. USA listings & employment relationship

• Job details (pay, shifts, requirements) come from employers or feed partners and may change.
• “Apply” usually sends you to a third-party careers page. That employer’s terms and privacy policy apply there.
• We do not guarantee interviews, offers, visas, sponsorship, or immigration outcomes.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is between you and the employer under U.S. law.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
• Do not scrape, overload, hack, or misuse the service.
• Do not post illegal, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.
• Staff / recruiter tools (if provided) must be used lawfully and per your internal authorization.

4. No candidate fees

Candidates are not charged by HealthJobsMint to browse or apply. See our Fraud & Scam Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and software belong to JobsMint Pro or licensors. Job descriptions may belong to the respective employers.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JobsMint Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions made by third-party employers. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you where you live (including in the United States). Disputes related to platform operation may be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
