We provide an online job discovery platform. We are not the employer for most listings. Applications are typically completed on the hiring company’s own website.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, password, and profile details if you register.
• Job-seeker / AI assistant data — resume text, voice notes, contact details, and preferences you choose to submit.
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches, device/browser type, approximate location (IP-based), and referral source.
• Cookies & similar tech — see our Cookie Policy.
• Support messages — information you send to support.

3. How we use information

• Operate and improve the job catalog and search tools
• Match roles, send alerts, or respond to AI assistant / support requests
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Measure traffic and ad performance (including Meta / analytics, where enabled)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell candidate personal information as a standalone product.

4. Sharing

• Employers / apply links — when you apply, you leave our site and share data with that employer under their policies.
• Service providers — hosting, email, analytics, advertising, and security vendors that process data for us.
• Legal — if required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and safety.

5. United States users (including California)

If you are in the United States, you may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Email support@jobsmintpro.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

6. International processing

Because we operate from Pakistan and may use vendors in other countries, your information may be processed outside the United States. By using the site, you understand this transfer may occur for the purposes described above.

7. Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it where practical. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online system is 100% secure.

8. Children

This service is for adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
