A-Line Staffing is now hiring Fulfillment Pharmacy Technicians in Canal Winchester, OH (43110) for a major closed-door specialty pharmacy. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with career growth potential and the possibility to convert temp-to-hire for the right candidate.

Schedule Options (Evening Shift)
- Tues-Sat 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Sun, Mon off) - 3 openings
- Thurs & Fri 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Sat-Wed off) - 5 openings
- Mon-Fri + Sun 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Sat off) - 5 openings
- Sun-Wed 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Thu, Fri, Sat off) - 5 openings
What You'll Do
- Process prescription exceptions (including claim rejections; member/physician outreach as needed)
- Enter patient demographics and prescription information accurately
- Research and resolve insurance billing rejects and escalated issues
- Escalate prescription-related questions to a pharmacist as appropriate
- Support inbound/outbound patient or physician calls (as assigned)
- Run automated machinery, sort medications, and move inventory through workflow stages with a strong focus on quality
- Count and fill prescriptions, apply labels, pack and ship
- Help maintain machinery and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow standard operating procedures and company policies at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must be fluent in English (read/write/speak)
- Intermediate keyboarding (at least 25 WPM)
- Comfortable with physical tasks (pushing/pulling/grasping/lifting) and able to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willing and able to work a flexible shift
- Must obtain/maintain an active pharmacy technician license/certification as required (and within first 90 days, per role guidelines)
Preferred
- PTCB or ExCPT certification
- 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience (retail or fulfillment)
