The ideal candidate will be proficient in bilingual communication and experienced with electronic health records (EHR).
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and assist medical staff with routine procedures
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR software
- Communicate bilingually with patients and coordinate with insurance companies
- Escort patients to exam rooms and assist during visits
- Handle administrative duties promptly to support daily operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in bilingual patient communication
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and patient communication
- Experience with insurance coordination and billing procedures
- Strong time management skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
