Traveling Team Lead - California Phlebotomy/LVN/LPN
Location: Dallas, TX / North Dallas DFW Area
Job Type: PRN Variable Schedule
Travel: Extensive overnight travel required

About the Opportunity
Catapult Health is looking for a Traveling Team Lead to join our team and support health screening events across the country.
This is a great opportunity for a healthcare professional who enjoys travel, patient interaction, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will help lead our health screening clinics while providing a positive experience for every patient.
Important: This position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and candidates must currently live in DFW. Relocation is not available.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support health screening events at client locations
- Perform small blood collections using an upper-arm device or finger stick - no venipuncture
- Take blood pressure, height, weight, and abdominal circumference measurements
- Enter patient information into an electronic medical record (EMR)
- Help patients connect with a Catapult Nurse Practitioner by video
- Provide excellent customer service and make patients feel comfortable
- Assist with clinic setup and breakdown
- Help manage multiple patient stations and maintain an efficient patient flow
- Work closely with the Operations team and other Catapult team members
- Identify and appropriately respond when a patient may need immediate medical attention
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Must currently reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Active California CPT I, CPT II, LPT, LVN, or LPN credential
- Previous healthcare or clinical experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with patients throughout the day
- Ability to travel overnight Sunday through Friday
- Ability to routinely work approximately 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, with occasional earlier or later starts
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clear driving history
- Ability to meet company travel requirements, including domestic air travel
- Must be at least 21 years old due to company vehicle/rental car requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
Preferred:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous leadership or team lead experience
- Mobile healthcare, occupational health, wellness screening, or traveling healthcare experience

This isn't a traditional hospital or clinic position. You'll travel to different client locations and help deliver preventive health screenings directly to employees in their workplaces.
