Program Coordinator (Licensed)

HOPE FOR VETERANS PROGRAM

Help lead a program that supports veterans as they work toward stability and recovery. As Program Coordinator, youll support the day-to-day operation of the Hope for Veterans Program, guide staff, and help ensure veterans receive high-quality care.

WHAT YOULL DO
Supervise and support Behavioral Health Counselors and Case Managers through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Provide clinical guidance and on-call support for crisis intervention and emergencies.
Partner with the Veterans Housing Director to maintain program quality and meet regulatory, stakeholder, and accreditation standards.
Build relationships with referral sources and community partners, and support program development and outreach.
Help coordinate program activities, cover shifts or staff duties when needed, and maintain a safe facility.
Keep service documentation, billing-related records, and veteran information accurate and confidential.
Transport veterans safely in agency vehicles when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Masters degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or a related field.
Current LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCADC license.
Knowledge of veterans issues, mental illness, addiction, and homelessness.
