About the Role: ROKAH LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing healthcare team in West Orange, NJ. Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care
- Document patient information, observations, and care activities accurately in medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Perform routine clinical procedures and respond promptly to patient needs
- Educate patients and caregivers on health management, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements: - Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior clinical experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
