Bilingual (Mandarin/English) Medical Assistant

We are seeking a part-time (9:00-12:30 Monday to Thursday) Front Desk and Medical Assistant to become a part of our private OB-GYN practice that is one of the best in the area! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep our medical office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine clinical tasks.
• Communicate with hospital/clinics and laboratory companies for patient care related issues.
• Handle all clinical and administrative duties in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Mandarin/English is a must (most of our patients are Mandarin-speaking).
• Newly graduated college students are welcome to apply. Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields is not required.
• Good organizational skills and some computer/internet skills.
• Friendly, caring, a good team-player.
