We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative neonatal care team in Reno, Nevada. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU
- Assess, diagnose, and manage newborns with varying levels of acuity
- Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with families regarding patient care and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Active or eligible Nevada license
- Current NRP Certification
- Previous NICU experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
