  • Setting: state correctional facility for men
  • Dates: ASAP for 3 to 6 months with possibility of extension
  • Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, no weekends, no holidays
  • Scope: chronic disease cases (hypertension, diabetes, asthma etc.)
  • EMR: HERO
  • Requirements: active NC license, DEA , BLS
