Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA)

N & Co. Talent is recruiting on behalf of Learn Through Play ABA for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team.

Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
LBA required
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
Experience supervising and supporting BTs/RBTs
Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
Bilingual preferred, but not required

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and members of the clinical team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Provide services in accordance with BACB ethical and professional standards
