Hospitalist Physician

Coverage: Scheduled + On Call
EMR: Epic
Practice Setting: Inpatient

Schedule:

• 9-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, fully onsite
• 15-hour night shifts: 4:00 PM 10:00 PM onsite, then telestroke
• Must report onsite for stroke alerts during night coverage
• Day coverage: Sunday Monday
• Rounding + admissions

Patient Volume:

• Neurological patients
• Approximately 12 patients/day
• 36-bed inpatient unit

Support:

• NP/PA support during daytime
• Solo coverage at night

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Neurohospitalist
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• 80 inpatient/outpatient patients documented within the previous 24 months, or qualifying recent training
• Epic experience

Licenses Required:

• Oregon medical license
• Willing to license
• BLS
• ACLS
