We re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor who wants to take the next step in their leadership career while maintaining schedule flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful clinical involvement.
You ll step into a clinical leadership role overseeing BCBAs and RBTs while balancing approximately 20 hours of clinical supervision with 20 hours of administrative responsibilities each week. You ll help ensure clinical quality, treatment fidelity, and compliance while mentoring staff and supporting positive outcomes for clients and families. You ll practice in Williamsburg, Virginia, a historic community known for its colonial architecture, scenic surroundings, and access to the Historic Triangle.

• You hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• You hold a clear and active BCBA license in Virginia
• You have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA
• You have strong leadership and team management skills
• You re proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• You hold current CPR and First Aid certifications
• You hold a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• You have reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $95,000 $120,000
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities
• Supervise clinical staff for approximately 20 hours per week
• Perform administrative responsibilities for approximately 20 hours per week
• Lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs
• Ensure clinical quality and compliance across multiple client cases
• Oversee and approve ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
• Monitor data collection and treatment fidelity
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff
• Conduct caregiver training and coordinate care across disciplines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools as needed
• Maintain communication with funding sources and ensure timely authorizations
