What You ll Do: - Provide specialized hematology and oncology care for adult patients (18+)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team, including nurses and support staff, in a newly established practice
- Manage patient consultations in outpatient and inpatient settings, including hospital visits for inpatient consults
- Support the growth of the practice, seeing approximately 10 patients daily, with patient volume expected to increase
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Participate in weeknight and weekend call coverage on a 1:2 schedule (60/40 split)
- Contribute to quality patient care and clinical excellence in a community-based practice
What You Need: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
- Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ
- DEA license
- Relevant clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology or related fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
About the Assignment:This position is with a new Hematology/Oncology practice within a respected hospital in Lewisburg, PA. The practice is designed to support adult patients with general oncology and hematology needs, with plans for flexibility and growth. The facility operates 24/7, with hospital visits required for inpatient cases, and employs EPIC EMR for clinical documentation. The team includes support staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.
