What You ll Do
- Provide family-centered neonatal care in a Level II special care nursery
- Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to coordinate care
- Participate in clinical quality improvement (CQI) and research projects
- Contribute to a team supporting service expansion and best practices
- Support newborns' health and well-being during your shift
- Engage with a network of experienced Pediatrix providers across numerous NICUs
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Virginia
- Certification in Neonatology (Board Certified)
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and compassion for families
