Hematologist/Oncologist Fargo, NDFargo-Moorhead Äî North Dakota/Minnesota BorderBase Salary: $535,000 + Bonuses, Quality Incentives & Production-Based Compensation Position Details Full-time, permanent position Schedule: Average 10 Äì12 follow-up visits and 2 Äì4 new patients per day Äî outreach to regional clinics one day per week/month; consultative call only with hospitalists managing admissions and overnight coverage Autonomy: Thriving, forward-thinking cancer program Äî physician growth, leadership, and innovation supported; H-1B visa sponsorship available Setting: Outpatient Äî Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) and NAPBC accredited; HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified EMR Call: Approximately 8 Äì10 days per month Äî consultative only Practice OverviewSeeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join an established, highly respected cancer care team in the Fargo-Moorhead region: Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APCs with future expansion planned Outreach to regional clinics including Jamestown, Lisbon, and Wahpeton, ND and Detroit Lakes, Park Rapids, and Fosston, MN Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards Participate in NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) clinical trials Comprehensive support services including nutrition support, social work, nurse navigators, behavioral health, physical therapy, and lymphedema specialists On-site specialty access including Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling, and Palliative Care EMR: Epic Äî HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 certified Accreditations: Integrated Network Cancer Center Program (INCP) and NAPBC Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $535,000 Additional bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation available Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, relocation, and CME allowance H-1B visa sponsorship available Required Qualifications MD or DO Äî Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology Prior Hematology/Oncology experience Äî preferred North Dakota and/or Minnesota medical license or willingness to obtain H-1B visa candidates accepted About the Community Äì Fargo, North Dakota Vibrant metro area of 180,000+ on the North Dakota/Minnesota border Äî 4 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul Regional service area of 25 clinics and 5 hospitals Combines small-town friendliness with urban amenities Äî diverse dining, excellent schools, and thriving cultural scene Four-season recreation including lakes, boating, fishing, hunting, and skiing Competitive sporting events including NDSU FCS college football, USHL hockey, and AAIPB baseball Tort reform state with a supportive medical practice environment Hector International Airport offering convenient regional connections to major hubs
