- Post-op extremity blocks
- Ventilation management
- Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
- Central Line placement
- Arterial Line placement
- PA Catheter placement
Preferred:

- Open Heart Anesthesia
- Thoracic cases (except open heart)
- Epidural steroid for Lumbar
- Epidural steroid for Cervical

- Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks
- CRNA supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Certified
Licenses: Licensed in AZ
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Experience: Minimum one year of experience
Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks; must provide case logs of blocks performed

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services across 4 designated facility locations.
Perform independent anesthesia practice including peripheral nerve blocks.
Participate in shared weeknight and weekend call coverage.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in surgical, endoscopic, and procedural settings.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility-specific credentialing requirements.
