• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,647 - $7,385
• Start Date: 9/4/2026
• Duration: 26 weeks
• Schedule: Flexible, onging, or open to alternate schedules (2 weeks on, 1 week off, one week on, one week off, etc.)
• Shift Duration: 8 and 10 hour shifts
• Location: Carbondale, Illinois
• Practice Setting: Teaching hospital with Level II trauma center experience and a collaborative anesthesia department
• Cases: OB, general surgery, trauma, and additional surgical specialties

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active Illinois CRNA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Experience in a hospital-based anesthesia setting preferred
• Comfort working within a medical direction or care team model
• Strong clinical skills across a variety of anesthesia cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Provide anesthesia care for patients across a variety of surgical services
• Manage cases including OB, general surgery, trauma, and other specialty procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
• Support safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced teaching hospital environment
• Document patient care accurately and in accordance with facility standards
