Responsibilities: - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: - Current LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric or home health nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes within the designated service area.
