LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
Full Time and Part Time 2nd and 3rd shift, including every other weekend

Requirements for an LPN:
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio and NAPNES certified
- 2 yrs experience preferred.
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
- Must have good clinical skills and be self-directed and conscientious.
- Must relate well to residents and staff.
Responsibilities for an LPN:
- Supervise and evaluate all care and activities provided and initiate corrective action as appropriate. Communicates staff observations to nursing supervisor.
- Identify special nursing problems and emergency situations quickly and initiate immediate "lifesaving" measures in the absence of a physician.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician's order and accurately record medications and treatments as administered.
- Document resident care provided and resident's response or lack of response to treatment provided following proper documentation procedures; notes are complete, accurate, and written legibly; charts weekly wound descriptions, incidental notes, monthly summaries, 24-hour notes.
