Nurse Practitioner - Integrative & Functional Medicine

InfusaLounge Integrative & Functional Medicine

Allen, Texas

Job description

Job Description Job Description InfusaLounge Integrative & Functional Medicine is a physician-led, technology-enabled medical wellness practice focused on identifying and treating underlying contributors to chronic symptoms, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and age-related decline.

Our clinical services include functional and integrative medicine, IV nutrient therapy, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight management, ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, heavy metal evaluation and chelation, regenerative medicine, NAD+ therapy, metabolic testing, and personalized treatment programs.

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is comfortable working in a progressive, fast-paced integrative medicine environment and who can confidently evaluate patients, interpret laboratory findings, develop treatment plans, prescribe appropriate therapies, and oversee ongoing patient care.

This is not a traditional primary-care role. The ideal provider enjoys digging deeper into symptoms, laboratory patterns, hormones, metabolism, inflammation, nutrient status, and patient lifestyle to create individualized plans rather than simply treating isolated symptoms.

Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will serve as one of the primary clinical providers for InfusaLounge and will be responsible for new-patient consultations, follow-up visits, laboratory review, diagnosis and treatment planning, medication management, patient education, therapy clearance, and ongoing monitoring.

The NP will work closely with our Medical Director, nursing team, medical assistants, front-office team, and administrative leadership to maintain safe, efficient, evidence-informed clinical care.

  • Develop individualized, medically appropriate treatment plans in our AI engine.
  • Establish appropriate follow-up intervals and monitoring requirements.
  • Refer patients to primary care physicians, specialists, emergency care, or other healthcare providers when findings fall outside the clinic's scope or require additional evaluation.
Laboratory Ordering & Interpretation
  • Order appropriate laboratory testing based on patient history, symptoms, medications, and treatment goals.
  • Interpret CBC, CMP, lipid panels, insulin and glucose markers, thyroid panels, sex hormones, adrenal markers, iron studies, vitamin and nutrient markers, inflammatory markers, and other specialty testing as appropriate.
  • GI 360 and Food Allergy Testing
  • Heavy Metal Toxicity
  • Identify clinically significant abnormalities and determine whether treatment, additional testing, referral, or monitoring is necessary.
