WPA Medicine Staffing is seeking a CRNA for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in a surgery center setting in Portage, Michigan. This is an independent CRNA role with a broad bread-and-butter surgical case mix and no anesthesia supervision.

• November 2026 start
• Ongoing PRN coverage
• Monday Friday schedule
• Surgery center setting
• 3 CRNAs on staff with no physician supervision
• Independent CRNA practice
• Paper charging
• Pediatric cases may be required, including tubes and tonsils. No pediatric patients under 2 years old

• ENT
• General Surgery
• Ophthalmology
• Orthopedics
• Podiatry
• Some Plastics

• No lumbar epidural catheters
• No spinal, axillary, or brachial blocks
• Other regional anesthesia may be negotiable based on experience and facility needs

• CRNA certification
• Active Michigan license required
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Comfortable with the listed surgical case mix
• Must be comfortable with pediatric ENT cases for patients age 2 and older
