- 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (m-F)-12's. 2 providers (2-OR)
- 4:30 PM - 6:30 AM (M-F) 1 on Call.
- Sat/Sun - 6:30 AM - 6:30 AM 1 on Call.
- Call Requirements: Yes. 1st Call Only. No Post call. Weekend Call is needed.
- Setting: Inpatient
- Credentialing: Emergency and temps will be issued for providers who can start immediately and has substantial availability. Time- 30 days. Clinical Details
