Assignment Details
• Start/end: ASAP, ongoing; currently authorized through February 1, 2027
• Schedule: M-F, typically 6:30am-3pm; occasional weekday and weekend call
• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + in-house call; approximately one call shift/week and one weekend/month
• Setting: Inpatient and outpatient; hospital and outpatient surgery center coverage
• Support: Established surgical and anesthesia teams; no APP or resident supervision
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: 90 days; temporary privileges available
Clinical Details
• Required scope: General anesthesia, MAC, general surgery, and OB anesthesia
• Preferred scope: Epidurals, regional nerve blocks, and central lines
• No neuro or cardiac anesthesia
• Coverage may include Lebanon, Rolla, and Mountain View locations
• Rolla is outpatient surgery only with no call; Lebanon provides 24/7 general surgery and OB call coverage
Requirements
• Board certified or board eligible CRNA
• NBCRNA
• License: MO or IMLC
• Full-time Monday-Friday availability
• BLS
• Active DEA
Compensation
• Rate caps apply per facility
• Malpractice provided
