- Practice-based Oncology APP role
- Provide care across outpatient oncology practices in the East Region, including Waterford and Norwich
- Responsibilities include triage, outpatient oncology management, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education visits, infusion follow-up, and survivorship care
- Patient care may include benign hematology visits and bone marrow aspirations

Candidate Requirements:- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
- Certification or eligibility as a PA, FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider card required
- Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN preferred
- Strong communication, triage, patient education, and collaboration skills
