  • Experience: Prior Neonatology or NICU experience preferred

What You ll Do
  • Provide expert neonatal care in a fast-paced NICU environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor neonatal vital signs and respond to critical changes
  • Assist with procedures and interventions as required
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
  • Support family education and communication during hospital stay
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols
What You Need
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
  • Prior experience in Neonatology or NICU setting preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
About the Assignment
Join a dedicated team providing 24/7/365 neonatal intensive care coverage, supporting critically ill newborns and their families. This position involves onsite duties, including shift coverage during nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities, ensuring continuous care for neonatal patients.
