With seven locations throughout Orange and Volusia Counties, this respected medical group is recognized for its collaborative team culture, exceptional patient outcomes, and outstanding provider retention.
Position Highlights
- See a manageable patient panel of 8-12 patients per day
- Focus primarily on annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive care for adults ages 65+
- Occasional same-day or sick visits for established patients
- Monday through Friday schedule with daytime clinic hours
- Value-based care model serving Medicare Advantage populations, including Humana, CarePlus, and Aetna members
- Strong clinical support and collaborative care team

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
