  • Full Time
  • Hours: 5 Days and 36 Clinic Hours per Week
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen: 24 Patients seen in an 8 Hour Shift
  • Call Schedule: No Call
  • Loan Repayment
  • Sign-On Bonus: $3000
  • Compensation: - Salary Range: $100K to $130K
  • Benefits: - Loan Repayment Through NHSC (HPSA: 18) and the State- $3,000 Relocation Assistance if Moving Out of State- Paid Leave, Paid Sick Leave, and Vacation Time- Health Insurance with Employer Contribution- Employer Paid Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance- Voluntary Life Insurance- Commuter Benefits- FSA- 403b Retirement Plan with Match- 5 CME Days plus $1,500 Reimbursement - Supplemental Insurance Available Through AFLAC
