A growing mobile healthcare organization is seeking 2 Nurse Practitioners to join its team, with an operational hub in Jacksonville, Florida .
This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys travel, preventive medicine, direct patient care, and working in a variety of clinical environments . Providers will travel to fire departments and other client locations to perform occupational health and preventive medical examinations, with a primary focus on firefighter health and wellness.

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations.
- Conduct occupational health and preventive medical evaluations.
- Provide firefighter medical examinations and support clearance processes within established protocols and scope of practice.
- Review laboratory results and screening information.
- Identify health concerns and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations.
- Educate patients regarding preventive care, health risks and wellness.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and examination reports.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, clinical support staff and client representatives.
- Provide professional, patient-centered care in mobile and on-site environments.
