Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opening Detroit, MILocated in Detroit, MichiganFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Full-time CRNA opportunity in Detroit, Michigan Join a collaborative anesthesiology team at a Level I Trauma Center Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for a wide variety of inpatient surgical procedures Perform preoperative patient assessments and provide anesthesia education Administer anesthesia and continuously monitor patients throughout surgical procedures Respond to perioperative emergencies in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary care teams Utilize Epic EMR for clinical documentation and patient management Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Day shift schedule only with no weekend or on-call responsibilities Work within a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth Experienced CRNAs only; new graduates are not being considered H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive compensation based on experience $40,000 sign-on bonus Visa sponsorship available for eligible H-1B and J-1 candidates Interview expenses covered, including airfare, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursement Job Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Active Michigan RN license required at the time of presentation NBCRNA certification BLS and ACLS certifications DEA and CSR/CDS registration required prior to start Clean malpractice and licensure history required Previous CRNA experience required; new graduates are not eligible Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Employer-paid malpractice coverage Comprehensive employee benefits package Stable employment with a large integrated health system Excellent work-life balance with no scheduled weekends or call Community DetailsDetroit is a revitalized metropolitan city offering world-class healthcare, professional sports, renowned museums, a vibrant culinary scene, and rich cultural history.
