CT - NP shifts in Orange - PRN October 16-December 4

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from October 16-December 4 at their Corporate Health clinic in Orange, CT. Provider will see employees (adults) for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm and Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12:30pm-1:30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Current shift needs are October 16, November 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, & 30, and December 1, 2, 3, & 4.
