  • Work Dates Needed: Oct 14-Nov 6
  • Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am- 5pm
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
  • Scope of Work: Treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted OK license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
  • EMR: Allscripts
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $75-80/hr
