Key Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist, modifying interventions as necessary based on patient needs.

- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, noting responses to therapy and making recommendations for adjustments in treatment.
- Educate patients on correct movement techniques, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to promote ongoing wellness.

- Collaborate with PTs and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of our patients.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain thorough, accurate documentation that aligns with insurance requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The PTA position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
