Job description

Nurse Practitioner, ISNP (institutional special needs will be traveling to other LTC or Nursing facilities where we have Medicare patients); coverage area map attached purple dots are where the facilities are located; the circle is an ideal candidate location for the coverage area
M-F 8 AM 5 PM for 90 days
Will need to drive their own car and we will reimburse mileage
Ideal background would be geriatrics
