An Employee health clinics in Middleton, WI is in need of a Advanced Practice Provider for Full Time / Part Time with experience for their on-site clinic. This is a great position for work-life balance with no call and low patient volume! 7 to 10 Patients a DAY!

Required:

  • Must have WI
  • Must have minimum of 2-3 years of primary care experience
