Full-time coverage needed with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per weekTwo consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of assignmentShift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PMBeeper call available on some Saturdays (12 hours) and weeknights (8 hours) - not requiredOccasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends available but not requiredSupervised practice model within a tertiary care hospital settingCare Team Model with 4:1 support ratio and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department for room turnover and supply managementPatient population ages 12 and olderEMR system: EpicCRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinalsMinimum of 1 year of CRNA experience requiredActive Minnesota Board of Nursing licensure required as both a Licensed Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse AnesthetistACLS and BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required upon hireMust reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be consideredMinnesota is not a compact stateSkills checklist required at time of submissionFacility:
