Strong Support & Modern Practice: Work alongside a dedicated optometry technician and experienced optical staff in a modern clinic with updated equipment and Athena EMR. Mission-Driven Care: Provide full-scope primary care optometry in a Federally Qualified Health Center serving rural and underserved communities. This role offers meaningful patient impact and long-term continuity of care. Balanced Clinical Mix: See approximately 2125 patients per day with a mix of routine exams and medical optometry, including diabetic eye care, glaucoma, and acute conditions. Strong pediatric and adolescent exposure. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $140,000 $175,000, depending on years of experience + uncapped production incentive!
