Neurology Opportunity in Gonzales, LA
You'll step into an established outpatient neurology practice with immediate patient volume and a strong primary care referral stream. This is a General Neurology position with broad clinical variety and access to additional regional resources. Practice Overview
- Outpatient-focused General Neurology practice with limited inpatient responsibility
- You'll join a team currently including 1 MD, 1 NP, additional APP support approved, plus 2 MAs and dedicated clinic staff
- Clinical scope includes stroke/vascular neurology, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular conditions, MS, headache, and cognitive/memory disorders
- Diagnostics include EEG availability; EMG performed through an affiliated ambulatory center (no Epilepsy Monitoring Unit currently)
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
- Average volume: 15-18 patients per day
- Call: up to 4 weeks per year (structure and inpatient support models currently under discussion)
- EMR: Epic
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary guarantee

Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
- Open to new grads and experienced physicians
