- Advanced Provider Support: Focus on medicine rather than paperwork with high-level support, including MAs in every office and your choice of scribing technology ( Suki AI or Dragon dictation ).
- Sustainable Work-Life Balance: Maintain a 4-day work week (34 patient-facing hours) with no evening or weekend requirements outside of a very light, shared call rotation (typically 1:8 weekdays and twice-yearly weekends).

Qualifications: - MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine
- New graduates and experienced physicians are equally welcome; leadership experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable seeing a full-spectrum patient population (newborns through geriatrics).
- State licensure and board certification are required.
