About the Role:
Looking for meaningful clinical work without a full-time commitment? A Family Medicine practice in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its team on a part-time basis. You'll provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from preventive visits and chronic disease management to acute care, while working alongside a collaborative, patient-focused team. With hours per week across four days, Tuesdays always off, and only some Saturdays, this role offers excellent pay and the flexibility to balance your career with the rest of your life.
Position Offers:
- Pay of $50.00 $70.00 per hour, based on experience
- Part-time schedule of hours per week
- 4 days per week, never Tuesdays, with only some Saturdays
- Malpractice coverage provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, diagnostic tests, and imaging
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with supervising physicians and care team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current NCCPA certification
- Active, unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant license (or eligibility)
- Current BLS certification
- Family Medicine or primary care experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
