Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST
What You'll DoSupport Patients - Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries.
Keep Things Moving - Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).
Be the Connection - Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care.
Deliver Service - Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do.
Stay Sharp - Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects.
What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED
Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent)
0-2 years of experience (specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus)
Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar preferred)
Strong communication + customer service skills
