Under the supervision of the physician or advanced practice clinician (NP or PA), performs Medical Assistant specific tasks, and assesses and educates patients.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required Training in specialty-specific assisting desired
Experience: One year of experience in a clinical setting
Certification & Licensures: BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart 'Healthcare Provider' (HCP) - AHA approved New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
