What You ll Do
- Provide compassionate hospice care aligned with patient needs and preferences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
- Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Assist with care planning and symptom management
- Support families and loved ones through end-of-life processes
What You Need
- Valid RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years of hospice care experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and compassionately
- Knowledge of hospice care standards and practices
