Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Start Date: 07/06/2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (option to extend)
Schedule: Full-Time, 5x8-hour shifts per week (may include weekends)

• Shift starts at 7:00 AM
• First cases begin at 7:30 AM
  Call Required: Not specified

• Setting: Multiple Hospital & Surg Center Locations
• Supervision Model: Medical Direction
• Patient Population: Varies by facility
• Case Volume: Approximately 1 12 cases per day depending on assignment location
• Skills Required: Spinal anes placement (especially at Wildwood Orthopedic & Spine Hospital)
• Additional Procedures: No other specialized procedures required
• Support Staff: Surg aides available

Providers will be credentialed for all metro-area facilities, including:

• Toledo Hospital
• Flower Hospital
• Wildwood Orthopedic & Spine Hospital
• Bay Park Hospital
• ProMedica Genito Urinary Surg Center

Orientation will begin at Toledo Hospital, but providers may be scheduled at any of the above locations.
