  • Case Mix: Pediatric surgical cases (multiple specialties)
FACILITY INFORMATION
  • Trauma Level: Level 1
  • Specialty Backup Available: Pediatric Anesthesiology
  • Support Staff Available: Physicians, Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, Nursing staff
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
  • Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC in Nurse Anesthesia (NBCRNA)
  • Licenses: Active Ohio License or willingness to obtain; CRNA certification
  • Certifications: NBCRNA, AANA, BLS, PALS
  • Experience: New grads welcome; pediatric experience preferred
  • Other Qualifications: BSN, graduation from accredited AANA program, strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, manual dexterity
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.
  • Perform pre-operative assessments and formulate anesthesia plans.
  • Administer anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
  • Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
  • Provide advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking in patient care.
