We re seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for a 6-month locum assignment in Potsdam, New York , with ongoing coverage needs.

• Location: Potsdam, NY
• Start Date: October 19, 2026
• Duration: 6 months, ongoing as needed
• Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• Call: Weekday call 3:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Weekend Call: Friday 7:00 AM Monday 7:00 AM
• Rural/critical access setting
• Emergency privileges available

• Oct : No weekday call
• Nov 5 13: Weekend call Nov 6 8 + weekday call Nov 10 & 12
• Dec : Urgent holiday call coverage needed Dec

• Inpatient anesthesia
• OB anesthesia & epidurals
• General anesthesia
• Scheduled surgeries
• Possible CRNA supervision
• Approximately patients/day
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active NY license in hand
• BLS, ACLS & PALS
• AHA or RQI certifications
• Epic experience required
• Comfortable working in a rural/critical access setting
• Must have current work history with no gaps of 30+ days
• Residents and fellows cannot be considered
