What You?ll Champion:
- Join a collaborative and established OB/GYN team consisting of 5 physicians, 4 midwives, 1 physician assistant, and 1 nurse practitioner.
- Practice in a primarily outpatient setting with a diverse patient population, providing women's health care across the lifespan, including patients under 18 years of age.
- Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and no call responsibilities.
- Opportunity to provide a broad scope of women's health services, including OB care, postpartum visits, annual wellness exams, gynecologic problem visits, and office-based procedures such as IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, and colposcopies.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship available from an experienced multidisciplinary team.
- Physician Assistants may have the opportunity to assist in surgical procedures, including C-sections and robotic hysterectomies.
- Primary practice location in Ephrata, with limited coverage at the City Gate location, offering variety while maintaining a consistent home base.

Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
