CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS MD/DO Anesthesiologist Board Certified preferred Active Indiana license Indiana CSR and DEA Drive-in candidate strongly preferred Must be willing to sign the Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures Case/procedure logs required Fully credentialed with your locums agency BLS required ACLS required if requesting conscious sedation privileges Flu & COVID vaccination or approved exemption Provider responsible for order entry Hours must be entered into Vemsta CLINICAL SCOPE Providers should be comfortable with a broad range of anesthesia services, including: Adult & Pediatric General Anesthesia Cardiac & OB Anesthesia Epidural & Spinal Anesthesia Ortho, Vascular, Spine & Thoracic Cases CRNA Supervision Central & Arterial Lines PA & Dialysis Catheter Placement Ventilation Management Chest Tubes & Bronchoscopy Temporary Transvenous Pacemaker Placement Fluoroscopy-Guided Nerve Blocks Epidural Steroid Procedures Post-Op Epidural & Extremity Blocks Neurosurgery experience is preferred but not required.
