Electrophysiology Locums Job in Washington Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, Some Weekends Beginning As Soon As Credentialed - Ongoing Assignment

Coverage dates: As Soon As Credentialed Ongoing
Credentialing time frame: 60-90 days

Shift Details
Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, some weekends
If provider is working 24 hour weekend call, they will be covering General Cardiology Call

Requirements
Board Certification: BE required, or BC (Highly Preferred)
State License: IMLC with LOQ required, or WA License (Highly Preferred)
Fellowship: Electrophysiology
Active ACLS
Active BLS
Active DEA during credentialing
Local, drive in candidate (Highly Preferred)

Required Procedures / Skills
Afib ablations
Device implants (high and low voltage)
SVT ablations

Assignment Details
Setting: Outpatient clinic, some inpatient, some weekend call
Duties: EP procedures, EP service, clinic visits, see new consults, follow-ups and transfer of care patients
Support Staff: MA, APP, Device RN's
EMR: Epic
